Nightingale Cardi
The cardigan for a terrace in October when you insisted on sitting outside. Buttoned wrong on purpose, c'est le look.
Chic with only a carry-on, from Paris to the piste
Après-ski knits, Marais Sundays and the little luxuries I actually pack. Everything here has been zipped into my carry-on at least once.

Two minutes from Hôtel de Ville and tiny in the best Parisian way. Drop the carry-on, go find the falafel line, come back for a nap.

The suitcase that started the whole 'only a carry-on' thing. The compression system is where the second pair of boots goes, don't tell anyone.

For the ski week, when the knits are chunky and the après outfits are non-negotiable. Still cabin-sized on most European carriers, mais vérifiez.

One cube per outfit, one for the après knits, one for the return trip's bad decisions. The chocolate brown looks like a little leather wallet, very chic.

Chalet bathrooms have no counter space, ever. Hang this on the hook, unzip, and voilà, your whole routine is at eye level.
Bonjour, I'm Elodie. I live in a fourth-floor walk-up in the Marais with a bicycle, a very opinionated cat and one carry-on that has seen more mountains than most skis. My rule is simple: if it doesn't fit in the little suitcase, it doesn't come. That means knits that layer, boots that survive both slush and cobblestones, and a scarf that works as a blanket on the TGV. I'm not a minimalist, *pas du tout* — I'm just picky. Winter is my season. December is for the chalet, January is for Sunday markets and very long lunches, and February is for pretending I'm going to learn to ski properly this time. Here you'll find what I wear, where I sleep and what I bring home for the people I love. À bientôt, and pack lighter than you think you need to.
